From 119 activities · Mar 2026A prominent Web3 and NFT creator with a large following known for sharing market insights, alpha calls, and research threads on crypto projects. Widely praised for consistency, authenticity, and supportive engagement with the community, though significantly marked by repeated undisclosed paid promotions—most notably a $8,000 payment for promoting the Trove ICO, which later collapsed as a scam. This incident led to a formal slash on Ethos with 92.5% community support, and concerns persist about ongoing paid partnerships presented without clear disclosure, creating tension between genuine content value and credibility issues around financial conflicts of interest.

“Definition of NFT KOL”One of the ONLY people in this space that I can count on for credible and verified information. Insane thread writer and creator. Wale's the reason I transitioned my web2 passion for writing into web3. He's got the power to move markets and has earned a prestigious reputation!

Leribb · 1386· 1y ago37“Consistent and digestable content”Wale has been delivering (mostly) NFT content for the past few years and interacted with all his followers, including me, since. He has not grifted despite having all the short term incentives for it you can imagine with such a massive following. His strategy has been focused on the long term as a creator and it‘s been paying off nicely for him (without exploiting others). Sure he‘s had some minor controversies and „bad takes“ but that tends to happen as you tweet thousands of times. I like the guy (even though he‘s fading seals a bit too much ffs 😘)

Adil Rashid · 1314· 1y ago36“On a downward spiral”I used to enjoy wale's takes back in the days when he was making a name for himself. With time his posts became boring, even irritating. Nothing of substance, and mostly engagement bait and paid partnership posts. Almost certain his replies are routed via AI agents as well. Oh, he got slashed once.

chosta.eth · 1976· 55d ago · negative160“Naïve takes at best, with nothing too valuable to add to the conversation”He just says a lot of the same things over and over again. Takes aren't nuanced at all, and they are pretty basic. He's a big NFT guy, if you're into that.

8bitpenis.sol · 1294· 1y ago · negative35“One of my favorite voices in the NFT space.”I know there has been a lot of talks lately about builders and creators, and the grey area we live in on the CT. However Wale has always been one of the best creators out there, keeping it real - always supporting back and putting his time on the line for his supporters. One love.
