“it's been a year now, here's what i've learned”after working under charles' guidance for a year now i've learned more things i could ever have imagined learning about the space. this being a review i will keep it about him. charles is a perfect example of someone who is not just actually passionate about being in web3 but also someone deeply pensive and innovative - he does not stop trying to learn more, identify not just gaps, but also flaws in the things around him and obsesses over how to fix them. that's laid the whole groundwork over what clique is today and i can confidently and proudly say that it is under his hand that we are where we are today. he never stops finding new avenues for improvement, and is not afraid to piss some people off in the process. charles is not one to just want the bags and is actually building because he loves it. i have never met someone more aligned with an industry, more interested in learning, and more knowledgeable across segments in great and deep detail. there is so much more i can and will continue learning from him and it has been an absolute pleasure working beside and for him. i can only imagine how this fella will drive real change for the industry. his depth of understanding even though he may declare is non-technical, has full comprehension of even the most difficult concepts (that he tries hard to impart to me but my peanut brain takes a longer time to absorb) I would choose to build with charles long term, and he has made a loyal servant out of me for sure.

“we had dinner and i got to know a cracked builder”i've met arthur a couple times but the last touchpoint was at consensus HK this year where even though we didn't speak about work itself i could feel his energy. i've always been quite a bit of an AI maxi and to see someone building (following perle's journey) with such intensity and intention, while also having the actual results delivered is something that is hard to come by. i think what arthur is building serves all practicalities in the AI space and will continue to do so to actually move the needle and one of the most impressive things that makes me know he takes it seriously is that everything is done in-house, not a bunch of outsourced virtual assistants that dont know what theyre doing. definitely a step up and a step forward for anyone that will be building with AI as well in future. one of the biggest things i've taken away and that also surprised me initially is how someone like arthur has built and continued to build successfully over years and i'm always going to be a firm believer that instead of following hype, getting in with practical ideas and implemetations, building infrastructure that lays the foundation for real applications is what will really move the needle for AI.
